We also offer 100% organic coffees which are single origin coffees. These regions include the volcanic regions of Costa Rica and Peru, the high mountains in Mexico and the fertile coffee growing regions of Sumatra.

Our Coffee Roaster is a certified Organic Coffee Handler and Processor and abides by the standards established by the National Organic Program.

Why is this so important? Anyone can sell certified 100% organic coffee, but only Certified Organic Coffee Handlers and Processors can legally roast organic specialty coffees. If your source for organic coffee is not a legally certified handler, they are purchasing their beans pre-roasted and pre-packaged from another source.
