Q.  How do I know it is safe to order online quality coffee from the Jazzy Bean?

A.  At JazzyBeanCoffee.com we use 128 bit SSL encryption when taking orders online.  To verify this please look at your address bar when checking out.  It will start with https://.  The "s" in the https:// means secure and is the key to safe purchasing online.  For more information we provide a link "about SSL certifications" at the bottom of the page.  Please refer to this for more information regarding our security.  Our families and freinds use this website to order coffee and we would not put them or you at risk.!!

Q.  How long does it take to get fresh roasted coffee?

A.  Well, as you can imagine it is not as fast as going to the store and picking up a bag of whole bean coffee.  Within 24 hours (7 days a week) we will process your online order.  From there it takes up to another 48 hours (5 days a week M-F only) to roast your specific order.  After your order is roasted we ship your order via UPS which may take another 3-7 days depending on your location in the United States.  So, if you add it all up, it may take as long as 2 weeks if you order on a Friday night and live in Alaska!!!!  BUT, your coffee is always guaranteed to be fresh roasted just for you and delivered to your door step.  I usually order 2 bags at a time and place my next order when I have 1 lb. of coffee left (yes, we order just like our customers).  Don't be discouraged by the delivery time.

Q.  What about shipping?

Jazzy Bean Coffee offers subsidized shipping on most of our orders (this means it costs us more to ship to you than we charge for the service).  We do this because we know that shipping charges are at an all time high and we want to offer you the best services irrespective of price.  All Orders within the continental US can be shipped via UPS Ground, UPS next day air, UPS 2 day air.  We fill orders every day and will ship your order the next day if it is received by 3:00pm (Eastern Time).   Special Shipping & Handling orders must be pre-arranged by Email Confirmation.

Q.  What is your refund and return policy?

JazzyBeanCoffee.com has a 15 day return policy for merchandise only.  There is no refund on whole bean coffee.  However, if you are unsatistifed with your purchase, please e-mail at JazzyBeanCoffee@customerservice.com and we will work hard to try and resolve the issue.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase of retail merchandise, please contact us via Email at JazzyBeanCoffee@customerservice.com  for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days of shipment. Tell us your name, the order number, Product NameThe Quantity you are returning, and the reason for the return.
We will reply to you with email, and issue a Return Merchandise number along with instructions on how to send the items back to us. We apologize but shipping charges are not refundable.
 

Q.  Do you sell organic coffees?

A.  Yes and No.  Only a few selections are certified organic, however, in many of the small countries where some of our best coffee is grown, farmers already use organic growing.  This is because it is cheaper for those farmers to use this method instead of buying chemicals and equipment to use the chemicals.  In fact, most coffee grown in the world is grown organic, but many farmers do not wish (and cannot afford) to go through the red tape and bureaucracy of being certified organic.
